Fabulous adventure close to Cape Town
Guest Reviews | April 15, 2012We chose the Garden Route Game Lodge because it was close to Cape Town only a four hour drive. The lodge looked great from the pictures on line. When we arrived were were not disappointed. The guest services were excellent, the view out into the reserve was great and the safari ride fabulous. We stayed two nights which gave us the opportunity to experience four rides into the reserve as well as take in Reptile Center and the Cheetah Experience. The food was great and guests could eat as much as they wanted. My wife wife loved the recently born baby giraffe. The female cheetah recently gave birth to four cubs, so she was no where to be seen. On the second evening ride, we were part of the group that were able to feed the elephants. What a great experience.
