Driver & Guide Policy
The driver and/or guide stay on a FOC B&B basis in two single rooms and only pay for dinner and extras.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome and are specially catered for
- Children under 12 pay 50% of the adult price
- Children under 3 are free.
Third person sharing policy
Third person pays the sharing rate.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
Your reservation is provisional and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit upon the agreed date. Until the agreed deposit is received, Garden Route Game Lodge shall be at liberty to release thereservation without notice to you.
Cancellation policy
No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
Garden Route Game Lodge reserves the right to charge:
a) 30% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 44
days to 30 days prior to arrival.
b)
50% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30
days to 22 days prior to arrival.
c)
100% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled
21days or less prior to arrival.
The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in room/cabin numbers.
